Penn State and onsemi sign MOU to boost silicon carbide research in the U.S.

2023 年 5 月 17日 —宾夕法尼亚州立大学与智能电源和智能感知技术的领先企业安森美（onsemi，美国纳斯达克上市代号： ON），宣布双方签署了一份谅解备忘录 (MOU)，旨在开展一项总额达 800 万美元的战略合作，其中包括在宾夕法尼亚州立大学材料研究所 (MRI) 开设安森美碳化硅晶体中心 (SiC3)。未来 10 年，安森美每年都将为 SiC3 中心提供 80 万美元的资金。
